Very nice large butter box with screw cap made by the tin maker Jan Huising(1803-1874) worked in Groningen. For more information read Westers 2008 and Dubbe 2009, brand 1943.  This butter box is dating from his early years while he was working for the company “Het Hooge der A92”. The butter box has the traditional 18th century form and hand grip.Branded on the inside of the screw cap with name in the cap.   The butter box only has some light scratches and has always been maintained perfectly. In the Bottom we found the initiatials.
